This newsletter serves to remind our valued clients of the deadline for submission of the ITF16 return, the requirements for the preparation of the 2019 year-end financial statements as well as the submission of the respective income tax self-assessment return (ITF12C), where applicable. Furthermore, we also wish to inform our clients of the deadline for submission of the income tax returns to ZIMRA.
