Company Re-Registration Deadline

This is an important notification regarding the mandatory re-registration of all companies in terms of the Companies and Other Business Entities Act [Chapter 24:31]. All companies registered before the implementation of the new electronic registry system are required to be re-registered.

Statutory Instrument 108 of 2025 has established a final deadline for this process. All companies must complete their re-registration by 20 April 2026. Read more in our newsletter below:
