Amended ZIMRA Return filing dates

The Minister of Finance and Economic Development has amended the due dates for the submission of returns by way of Finance (Due Dates for Submission of Returns and References to the Zimbabwe Dollar) Regulations, 2025 (Si 81 of 2025). The regulation did not specify any effective date and accordingly in terms of section 20 (1) of the Interpretation Act (Chapter 1:01) it comes into effect date when the instrument was gazetted, that is, 28 August 2025.
