Pursuant to the promulgation of Income Tax (Transfer Pricing Documentation) Regulations in Statutory Instrument 109 of 2019, tax payers who have transactions subject to Transfer Pricing are mandated to submit a transfer pricing return (ITF 12C2) together with the 2019 Income Tax Return (ITF 12C).
