Amendments to the Value Added Tax General Regulations – Statutory Instrument 248 of 2023

With effect from 1 January 2024 the Minister of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion introduced significant changes to the Value Added Tax (General) Regulations (SI 273 of 2003) by way of SI 248 of 2023.
